Ready for another white season?

28/11/2014

The winter is here, so we should restart keeping you up to date with everything that's new in the Romanian winter resorts. Here we go ...

Arena Platos (Paltinis): There will be an opening season party on Saturday, November 29th, and there are some big chances that some slopes will open too in the same time for the first time this season. Another news from this little resort is that they installed a new chairlift in parallel with the existing ski-lift that serves the Platos (A) slope.

Vidra (Transalpina): They're going to have a snowpark built for the first time since the slopes opened two winters ago. The snowpark will be located between the two ski-lifts that serve the upper slopes.

Breaking news: The resorts of Arena Platos (Paltinis), Azuga, Cavnic, Ranca, Straja and Vidra (Transalpina) started to produce artificial snow.

We'll be back with some more news.
