Looking for skiing tour from Ploiesti or Bucharest

Hello everyone. I am from Russia but now for three months live in Romania, Ploesti. Could some one help me please!? I want to go skiing and it is so difficult for me to find place, transport and everything. Could some one advice me complete tours or touristic firms??? Or I can go with some one as company))

Please help me) I want go skiing but cant find variants.
